Posting Dashboard — Manage Your Posting Queue

The Posting Dashboard is where you manage content that has been submitted for posting on Reddit. RankGood uses a human-in-the-loop posting workflow to ensure all content complies with Reddit's rules and appears authentic.

Submitting Content

Content reaches the Posting Dashboard from the Engagement Studio:

Generate a response or post in the Engagement Studio.
Review and edit the content.
Click Submit to Posting.
The content appears in your Posting Dashboard queue.

Post Statuses

Each piece of content in your queue has a status:

Status	Meaning
Pending	Submitted and waiting for an operator to pick it up
In Review	An operator is reviewing the content
Posted	The content has been posted on Reddit
Healthy	Post is live and not removed (verified by health check)
Flagged	Post appears to have been removed or is under review
Cancelled	You cancelled this posting request

Managing Your Queue

Viewing Details

Click on any post in the queue to see:

The full content that will be or was posted
Target subreddit
Post type (comment or original post)
Current status and timeline
Health check results (for posted content)

Cancelling a Request

If you change your mind about a post that has not yet been posted:

Click on the post.
Click Cancel Request.
Confirm the cancellation.

You cannot cancel content that has already been posted.

ClickUp Integration For Agencies

If you have the ClickUp integration enabled, each client posting request automatically creates a ClickUp task. This provides:

Task management for posting operators
Status sync between ClickUp and RankGood
Custom field mapping for subreddit, post type, and priority

Webhook updates when tasks are completed

Post Health Monitoring

After content is posted, RankGood periodically checks whether the post is still live:

Healthy — The post is live and visible
Flagged — The post appears to have been removed by moderators or Reddit's spam filter

If a post is flagged, you will receive a notification so you can decide whether to repost in a different way or move on.

Managed posting is billed from your wallet balance:

Your wallet balance must be sufficient at the time of submission or have auto re-load on.

For Agency Users

If you are on an Agency plan, posted content may go through an additional approval workflow that you setup before being submitted to the posting queue. See Approvals Workflow for details.
