Slack Integration

Connect Slack to receive RankGood notifications and alerts directly in your Slack workspace. Stay informed about scan completions, new opportunities, and important updates without checking the RankGood dashboard.

What You Get

Slack notifications can include:

  • Scan completion alerts (Opportunity Radar, AI Visibility, SEO scans)

  • New opportunities discovered

  • Posting status updates

  • Approval requests (for agency users)

  • System alerts and important updates

Setting Up Slack

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Find Slack and click Connect.

  3. You will be redirected to Slack's OAuth page.

  4. Select the Slack workspace you want to connect.

  5. Choose the channel where RankGood should post notifications.

  6. Click Allow.

Configuring Notifications

After connecting, configure which events send Slack notifications:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack.

  2. Click Notification Settings.

  3. Toggle notifications for each event type on or off.

  4. Click Save.

Testing the Connection

To verify your Slack integration is working:

  1. Click Send Test Message.

  2. A test notification will be sent to your configured Slack channel.

  3. Verify you see the message in Slack.

Disconnecting

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Click Disconnect on the Slack card.

  3. Confirm.
