Tips for Best Results
Be specific with subreddits. Targeting 2–5 highly relevant subreddits produces more focused results than scanning broad subreddits.
Use keywords to narrow scope. If a subreddit covers many topics, adding keywords helps filter for relevant discussions.
Run extractions regularly. Pain points evolve over time. Run monthly extractions to track shifts in customer sentiment.
Compare across products. If you manage multiple products, run extractions for each to see how pain points differ.
Usage & Limits
Pain Extractions use your Opportunity Scan quota. Each extraction counts as one scan.
If you exceed your included scans, additional scans are charged at $2.00 each from your wallet balance.
